LEAD Lake Oconee is proud to host its inaugural leadership forum “ Realizing and Achieving Your Dreams” on Tuesday, November 15 at 4:00 pm at the Luxury Lake Oconee Center, 1011 Park Lane Greensboro, Georgia. The event will gather area residents and some of the nation’s most accomplished women executives for an interactive discussion and inspiration, centered around achieving your dreams and how to be the best version of yourself. Attendees will be able to connect with experienced leaders, be inspired by their stories and humble beginnings, and learn strategies to improve their career opportunities.
LEAD Lake Oconee’s mission is to provide a platform for mentorship and leadership where community members can learn from the experts about topics that affect their personal and professional lives. Dr. Ninfa Saunders, former CEO and President of Navicent Health
Recognized as Modern Healthcare’s “Top 25 Women Leaders in the US” and “Top 25 Minority Leaders in Healthcare,” Dr. Saunders dedicated her career to defying the status quo from her early days as a bedside nurse through her 40+ years as a healthcare executive.
As CEO of Navicent Health, she expanded the hospital’s reach through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances with 30+ hospitals region-wide, earning her the recognition of Georgia Trend’s “Top 100 Most Influential Georgians.” Previously as President of Virtua Health, she powered annual net revenue to $1B steering the organization to become the largest system in South Jersey.
Jane M. Hutterly, former Executive Vice President of S.C. Johnson Inc.
Jane retired after 35 years in corporate life. Her last position was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Corporate & Environmental Affairs where she led the consumer products business of S.C. Johnson Inc. in environmental and sustainability actions, public and governmental policy, and corporate social responsibility on a global level.
She also served as President of Johnson Keland Management in Racine Wisconsin.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Johnson Financial Group, Johnson Keland Management, and Lutron Electronics Co.
Betsy Peck, former Chief Operating Officer, JLL
Betsy brings 30+ years of experience as a strategic leader with financial and operation expertise in diverse industries including technology, communications and real estate.
She managed a $2B operations for JLL, a leading commercial real estate company, and played a key role in promoting and implementing best practices across the company’s 200+ global offices.
Prior to that, Betsy served as Chief Operating Officer of Americas Brokerage, a $1B+ operation, and Chief Financial Officer for a privately held technology company.
Patti Wilmot, former Executive VP Domino’s Pizza
Patti brings extensive global enterprise experience, has been involved in successful mergers and acquisitions and participated in the public offering and equity program development for Dominos Pizza LLC.
She created the people-first culture for the company-owned stores which employ over 15,000 team members worldwide.
She also led learning and development, people practices and labor law initiatives for the Franchise community. She currently leads an executive coaching practice for C-suite executives.
Riezl Baker, Founding Principal, Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group
Riezl is an award-winning Realtor for over 20 years and is the co-founder and principal owner of Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group. Riezl was recently recognized as “Top Luxury Real Estate Industry Leader” in 2021 and “Most Philanthropic Agent” for her involvement on leadership levels for different organizations that have impacted the growth of the Lake Oconee community.
