Navicent Health Recognized Commitment of Volunteers in Ceremony

Navicent Health Volunteers

Navicent Health extended its gratitude to its dedicated volunteers and thanked them for their tireless efforts in 2018 to support patient care. In celebration of National Volunteer Appreciation Week (April 7-13, 2019), the health system celebrated its volunteers with a thank you luncheon and recognition ceremony on Monday.

Volunteers from the following hospitals were recognized:

  • Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, Navicent Health
  • The Medical Center, Navicent Health
  • Pine Pointe Hospice, Navicent Health
  • Medical Center of Peach County, Navicent Health
  • Navicent Health Baldwin
  • Monroe County Hospital, Navicent Health Partner

Navicent Health volunteers donate their time while raising funds to support patients, their loved ones and visitors. In addition, The Medical Center, Navicent Health Auxiliary also funds five college scholarships for students pursuing allied health degrees.
