She does all the scheduling, invoicing, permits, finance, and daily tasks that keep the business running. She is also dedicated to making sure that the customers are completely satisfied with the work that is performed by the other members of the team.
LOH: Can you please tell our readers what is Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc?
Michelle: We are a heating and air conditioning company that has been in business for over 20 years. Chuck Patterson worked for another company and knew he wanted to own his own business to make sure that customers were treated honestly and fair.
LOH: How long has the company been servicing the Lake Country region?
Michelle: Our business has been servicing Lake Oconee area for 18 Years.
LOH: Where is the owner originally from?
Michelle: The owner, Chuck Patterson, grew up in Conyers, GA.
LOH: What does your team enjoy most about working in the region?
Michelle: We have found that our lake customers are loyal, when we do a great job, they pass our name around to their neighbors, family, and friends. We have several customers that have lake houses and also personal homes in other areas, and they have trust in us enough to do both houses.
LOH: Who are some of the company’s inspirations?
Michelle: Our inspirations as a company is to treat the customer fair and honestly. We may not be the cheapest company around, but we will tell you the truth about what is wrong with your system and what it will take to repair, or replace it. We will stand behind our work and make sure that you get the service that you deserve.
LOH: What do your employees enjoy doing when they are not busy working?
Michelle: Our employees here at Patterson enjoy hunting, fishing, and when their kids were young Football and Baseball sports.
LOH: Anything else you’d like the readers to know about the company or working in the Lake Country region?
Michelle: We are a family business and everyone of our employees are considered family. We are fair, honest, and get the job done right. We think customer service is what helps a company strive and we take pride in our customers being completely satisfied.
