When Ashlyn first came to Regenerative Orthopaedics & Spine Institute (ROSI), she was facing challenges that made even the simplest tasks feel impossible. After suffering complications from tuberculosis, she had lost her ability to walk. Searching for answers, she turned to the same orthopaedic group her mother-in-law trusted—and that decision changed her life.
From the moment she stepped through the doors at ROSI, she felt something different. “Every single person I met—from the medical assistants and nurse practitioners to the staff—promised that they wouldn’t stop until they helped me walk again,” she shared.
Her road to recovery hasn’t been easy. There were moments when she felt like giving up, especially after discovering she had fluid in her lungs—something her primary care physician had missed. This complication delayed her healing process, but her determination, paired with the unwavering support of the ROSI team, kept her moving forward.

Under the care of Keisha and Doug, she began a personalized treatment plan that focused on helping her regain mobility and strength. Today, she’s making remarkable progress and has a goal to walk without her braces in 2026.
When asked what makes ROSI stand out from other orthopaedic groups, she didn’t hesitate: “It’s the level of care. They truly care about their patients—not just their physical health, but their emotional well-being, too.”
Although her journey isn’t over, she continues to make strides every day. Her story is a powerful reminder of the importance of compassionate care, persistence, and the incredible outcomes that happen when medical professionals refuse to give up on their patients.
At Regenerative Orthopaedics & Spine Institute, stories like hers inspire the team to keep doing what they do best—restoring movement, rebuilding confidence, and renewing hope.
